This was a drive she had taken with a few close friends, one of those off the cuff trips. One that took them to the water front near Mahabalipuram. And they were fortunate to reach there in the wee hours of the morning to catch the sunrise.

Just watching the sun rise, the fishermen start their day gave us such a kick. It was quite an exhilarating experience and we were all so glad we did this impromptu trip…. The weekend was awesome, spent among the historical monuments in Mahabalipuram and soaking in our rich culture..
